Mardome Trade Smoke Vent Rooflights are individual polycarbonate domes intended for easy installation on flat roofs of all modern building types to provide natural smoke and heat exhaust, as well as comfort ventilation.Designed, fully tested and certified in accordance with EN 12101-2, they meet standards for safety, security, non-fragility and fire safety and we offer the full guarantee of an established, accredited UK manufacturer. Mardome Trade Smoke Vent Rooflights not only allow specifiers to source both rooflight and smoke vent products from a single source, but also offer a contemporary, reliable and robust smoke system which maximises natural light in both new and refurbished buildings.

1350mm x 1350mm and 1500mm x 1500mm units will require an 8 amp control panel to operate

Polycarbonate  Automatic Opening Vent rooflight for smoke ventilation Available in Clear textured or White Opal Diffused finishes. Special features include;

  • Available in a wide variety of sizes - Standard sizes for fast lead times
  • 300mm PVC kerb for direct to roof fitting
  • Fully certified in accordance to BS EN 12101-2
  • Optional wind deflectors available for improved aerodynamic performance

The polycarbonate skin lid with an impact resistance to EN1873 1200 joules and Class B non-fragility in accordance with ACR[M]001

Opens to 140° in less than 60 seconds complying  the requirements of the new Smoke Vent Standard BS EN12101-2

Fire switch maximum of 8 per control panel

Firemans priority switch maximum of 1 per control panel

Smoke detector maximum of 22 per control panel

5amp control panel can power one smoke vent unit

8amp control panel can power up to two smoke vent units and is a requirement for the following size units

- 1350mm x 1350mm unit

- 1500mm x 1500mm unit
