The Thermadome Commercial Access Hatch is particularly suited for industrial premises. This unit provides easy and safe roof access for flat roofs. It has a 232mm high aluminium upstand with aluminium flashing to fit a builders kerb. It’s insulated externally with rockwool, making it a robust, thermally efficient solution.

With access for vertical ladders and various ladderway sizes available, this roof hatch enables users to easily move equipment onto or down from the roof, and operating it is simple thanks to its telescopic gas-assisted struts. 

This unit also features an internal and external locking handle for added security.

• Telescopic gas struts opening to 70° 

4 sizes available from stock, larger sizes allow equipment to be moved to the roof with ease.  Gas assisted struts mean even the largest sizes are easy to operate.
